It is so frustrating to be a long term, loyal customer of one of the Big Six banks, only to have them reward your loyalty by dinging you excessive service charges.
You would think the banks could survive on their multi billion dollar quarterly profits without the need to charge you a $1.00 to send an interac transfer, or $5.00 to make a government tax payment.
